Adam Smith

Adam Smith has worked in talent management, organization development, and leadership assessment and development since 1989. ASC’s clients are key leaders within Fortune 500 to start up organizations in a variety of sectors including industrial, life sciences, healthcare, agribusiness, consumer products and nonprofit including professional associations, foundations, and academic institutions.

Adam received his Master of Business Administration in Organization Development from Johns Hopkins University and has completed graduate studies in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at George Mason University. He is a graduate of the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Certificate Program, certified to administer the Leadership Circle 360° and Culture Survey, and is certified with the International Coach Federation. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Mary Washington College.

Adam lives in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. He is an avid reader and enjoys museums, theater, travel, scuba diving, and tennis. Adam also serves on select boards, as Associate Faculty in the Carey Business School of Johns Hopkins University, and as an Alumni Mentor in the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Certificate Program.
