Nikola Agatic

is a high energy, solutions-oriented management consultant and organization development professional experienced in life sciences, strategy, and project management. Mr. Agatic possesses experience and skills in working with international, cross-functional teams in industrial and academic laboratory and R&D environments, as well as supply chain, FDA registration and compliance. Mr. Agatic currently works with Sapient Corporation’s Government Services Division assisting government health organizations in the development and execution of business strategy.

Mr. Agatic received his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Virginia Polytechnic and State University and his MBA from Johns Hopkins University which included studies in Brazil developing global business models for industrial clients. Mr. Agatic is a member of the Organization Development Network and the Chesapeake Bay Organization Development Network.

Melissa Cidado

has 14 years of experience in organizational development, talent management, and human resources for global Fortune 200 corporations in diverse industries, including high-tech, financial services, manufacturing, consumer products, and energy. An accomplished manager with a broad background consulting leadership at all levels; she has a track record of developing and delivering HR strategies and client-centered solutions that drive profitability, effectiveness, and engagement.

Ms. Cidado is a practice leader in the areas of organizational design and change management, with a particular focus on acquisition integration, talent management and organizational effectiveness in global business environments. She brings the ability to develop and align people strategy with business strategy and to translate strategy into action to deliver results by developing simple, practical processes and tools for leaders and HR professionals.

Ms. Cidado received her BBA in Management and Human Resources from Western Michigan University, her MBA in Organization Development from the Johns Hopkins University, and is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).

Shondrea Turnbull

is a results-driven professional with 10+ years of experience in creating solutions that build leadership skills and strengthen organizational culture. Shondrea has managed a diverse portfolio including projects in international financial institutions, the federal government, faith-based organizations and academia. Specific areas of expertise include performance management, leadership and pipeline development, corporate culture alignment, retreat preparation, small and large group facilitation, career development, succession planning, conflict management and vendor management.

Ms. Turnbull was recently appointed on the Board of Directors of the World Institute for Action Learning (WIAL-USA) and since 2005 she has been the director of a dance group in Washington, DC. Ms. Turnbull received her B.S.B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from The American University, a Master of Divinity from Howard University, a Leadership Development Certificate and a Master of Business Administration in Organization Development from Johns Hopkins University.
